International Forest of Friendship Celebration

Atchison, Kansas -- June 20, 21, and 22, 2008

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please complete and return this form no later that June 1, 2008.  Only two persons per form.  Please print or type all information.

 

For a fee of $130 (after June 1, 2008, the fee will be $150) per person, the following list of meals, local transportation, tours, etc., will be provided.  This fee must be paid in advance of your date of arrival.  Children under the age of ten will be charged half price.

 

  1. Continental Breakfast served each morning.
  2. June 20, 7:00 p.m. – Friday evening Cocktail Party.  Cash bar will be provided.
  3. June 21, 1:00 p.m. – Lunch immediately following the Celebration at the Forest.
  4. Bus transportation to and from the International Forest of Friendship for the Celebration.
  5. June 21, 7:00 p.m. – Annual Celebration Banquet.  Cash bar will be provided.

Arrival Information:

If your arrival plans include flying into the Amelia Earhart Airport in Atchison, Kansas, please contact us so that we may make arrangements for your transportation to your lodging.  Transportation will be provided at no cost from the Atchison Amelia Earhart Airport.  Flight plan arrival times will be monitored.

 

Kansas City International (KCI) Airport pick-up service is available by contacting Rick’s Airport Express at 1-800-331-6796 or 913-651-4649.  YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS!  Rental car service and driving instructions are available at KCI Airport.  This service is also available through Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Atchison at 913-367-2929 or 1-800-736-8222.  Yellow Cab of Atchison is available by calling 913-367-2929 or 1-800-736-8222.  Please notify the Forest should your plans change.
