A check for $350 made payable to the International Forest of
Friendship must be sent for each Honoree.
The number for a tax deduction is No. KSF01KBMPF. You will
receive a receipt as official confirmation of acceptance for each Honoree. This amount does not include the
Registration Fee for attending the Forest Celebration—please inform your
honoree of this!! Should you need
additional sponsor application forms, feel free to duplicate this form. No
refunds after June 1, 2008.
