World Friendship Through Flight

We want to use this opportunity to celebrate
our international friends and expand our partnerships. 


We are also excited to introduce our 2016 Distinguished Speaker,
Captain Barry Schiff

Captain Barry Schiff has received worldwide recognition for his wide-ranging aeronautical accomplishments, which include 28,000 hours logged in more than 352 types of aircraft.
He is also an accomplished journalist and author, having published numerous books and more than 1,600 articles appearing in 100 aviation magazines. Captain Schiff also conceived, organized, and led the historic 1995 Operation Peace Flight between Jerusalem, Israel 
and Amman, Jordan following the Peace Treaty between Israel and Jordan in 1994.

A special treat this year will be the lunch on June 18th that Cindy Apple has arranged in the new, spectacular Ferrell Academic Center at Benedictine College, North Campus, with its beautiful views overlooking the bluffs and the Missouri River.

2020: Flying and Forests -- Linking green spaces and aviation/aerospace, Foresters who fly, Smoke Jumpers, Pilots of Fire Tankers, etc.
